Instructions for use
Application Tips: Cut the kinesiology tape to the desired length and apply it by spreading it over the skin, taking care not to restrict joint movement. Kinesiology can be used for several days in a row. Tips for removing the tape: Carefully peel the bandage off in the direction of the hair. An oil can be applied to facilitate its removal. Hot water is not recommended for removal as the adhesive is activated by heat.
Usage precautions
It is recommended to do a patch test to see if the skin suffers any type of reaction. In case of hypersensitivity to the adhesive, remove the product or reduce the usage time.
