Instructions for use
1. Twist and pull the cap off the lancing device 2. Insert the lancet into the lancet holder and press firmly until it is secure 3. Twist the protective disk on the lancet to remove it 4. Insert and twist the cap of the lancing device again, as shown in the figure, until you hear a click 5. Holding the cap, select the depth of penetration by turning the adjustable tip in either direction until the arrow points to the depth you desire 6. Pull the slider until you hear a click. When ready, the inside of the release button will change color.
Usage precautions
The lancet is disposable and intended for single use. The lancing device is reusable. To clean the lancing device use mild soap and water. Do not immerse the lancing device under water. Disinfect the cap of the device by soaking it in 70% alcohol for 10 minutes and then allowing it to air dry. DO NOT place in dishwasher or use detergents.
