Allow one tablet to dissolve under your tongue half an hour before going to sleep. It is recommended to take this product always at the same time.

Dextrate (glucose mono-hydrate, gentibiose, isomaitose, maltose, panose, maltotriose); bulking agent (cellulose); stabilizer (cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose); melatonin; anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids) and d-biotin.
