Acofarma is committed to offering both its customers and its business environment the guarantee of efficient Quality and Environmental Management. With the responsibility of strict legal and regulatory compliance, all of which is geared towards continuous improvement.

The main objectives are:

  • Guaranteeing the quality of our products and services. Working under strict quality and safety standards. Thus ensuring our customers that they acquire quality products at a competitive price in the market.
  • Satisfying the needs and expectations of our customers. Being efficient in service, offering innovative products and providing technical support to all pharmaceutical professionals or individual clients who require it.
  • Working on quality. Thus improving results and minimizing non-conformities, with the principle of pollution prevention. To this end, the General Management together with the ISO Committee have set goals and objectives that are assessed and reviewed annually.
  • Reducing the environmental impact generated by our activity. Evaluating the influence that our activities, products and services could have on the environment. And taking the necessary measures to reduce it.

For Acofarma, care and respect for the environment is a key factor in its activity. A message it conveys to its customers and partners, providing information on the environmental and recycling characteristics of its products. It also requests its suppliers and subcontractors to work under the same environmental criteria.

We work with processes and procedures that govern daily operations, thus facilitating the achievement of the proposed objectives. Acofarma evaluates and allocates the necessary resources, placing special emphasis on having a highly qualified team of workers, who are trained and encouraged to engage in continuous improvement.

Customer satisfaction and process efficiency are priority indicators in our management. In daily operations and the planning of new products, environmental conditions and opportunities are given the importance they deserve.

In order to achieve the objectives explained here, the General Management of Acofarma taken on the role of the leading exponent in terms of Quality and Environmental Management, whose responsibility is to verify compliance with this policy, as well as to implement all controls for its achievement and maintenance.
